Terms of Service
One Way Games
Effective 18 August 2026 · Last updated 18 August 2026
Agreement
These terms are between you and One Way Games LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1887 Whitney Mesa Dr Unit 3434, Henderson, NV 89014 ("One Way Games", "we", "us").
They cover our games, this website, and anything else we make available. By installing or using one of our games, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.
What you get
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment.
That licence is permission to play. It is not a sale of the game itself.
What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, or redistribute the game
- Take it apart, decompile it, or reverse engineer it, except where the law says you may despite this clause
- Strip out or alter our name, logo, or copyright notices
- Use it in a way that breaks the law where you are
- Present it as your own work, or as endorsed by us when it is not
What we own
We own the games and everything in them: code, artwork, characters, music, text, and the One Way Games name and logo. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
What you make
If you create images, videos, streams, or written work featuring our games, that work is yours. You may publish it and earn money from it. We ask only that you do not present it as official or as made by us.
Buying through an app store
If a game or anything inside it is sold, the sale happens through the store you are using, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment, receipts, and refunds are handled by that store under its own rules, not by us.
For refunds, go to the store you bought from. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Updates and availability
We may update, change, or stop offering a game at any time. We are not obliged to keep any game running, published, or supported forever. Where we reasonably can, we will give notice before removing something.
No warranty
Our games are provided as they are, with all faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that a game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Some places do not allow a seller to exclude certain warranties. Where that is so, this section applies to you only as far as the law permits, and your local rights are unaffected.
Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, One Way Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost goodwill, arising out of your use of our games.
Where we are found liable despite this, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty United States dollars.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by us.
Ending the licence
You may stop at any time by deleting the game.
We may end your licence if you break these terms in a serious way. If we do, the licence stops and you must delete the game.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use a game after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, delete the game.
